We're proud to present the next installment of our Brand New Series 2 technology, this time we have done the creme de la creme in compressors for you and just like AiR, we did it right!, Cue the infamous Danish incarnation, the CL1B.

All 10 of the Version 1 Presets have been redone and upgraded to the Series 2 Tech and we've also massively expanded the pack! we've added lots of brand new presets designed to lift and compliment your productions. The super smooth Cl1B was sampled to perfection, giving you the true CL1B sound right inside your DAW.

We've also included a brand new killer preset that will have your jaw hanging on the floor. We have decided to trial a "Serial Compressor" pack, where we sample at least two famous compressors in series, giving you the ultimate in analog compression flavour, dynamic control and this something that has not been done in plugin format before.

Every story needs a great finale, why not try the bonus preset we've included. The revolutionary "Strohm 1660 Compressor into CL1B 10.0 Serial Killer" Preset, Please make sure you are sat down when you add this preset to your DAW!

For those not familiar with the Strohm Compressor it is a secret device held my very few elite studios (Abbey Road) or very rich and lucky home studio owners. The Strohm boasts "16 tubes", (yes 16!!) and "8 Lundahl Transformers" in its signal chain! originally a mono version of the revered Fairchild compressor, it is simply stunning.....

Strohm 1160: ALL TUBE VARIABLE MU COMPRESSOR

A solid choice for both tracking and mixing duties, the Strohm 1660 is known for its sweet, lush tone and overall versatility. You can use it on anything really, but we recommend that you start out by trying it on vocals, acoustic guitars or on the mix buss. Beats like it too. Also a great choice for mastering.

This compressor was hand built in Sweden, using 16 high quality tubes and 8 Lundahl transformers. The power supply is built into an external box to avoid any interaction with the signal path. It is in fact a clone of the classic Fairchild 660 mono compressor, only here built as a 2-channel version. The Fairchild 660 was a true workhorse of Abbey Road studios and one of the few units that legendary Beatles engineer Ken Scott admits to miss in its hardware version.

This proud piece of smooth Swedish engineering is almost guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
