A Brief History of the Box
The inspiration behind this emulation comes from a legendary tube-driven EQ first introduced in the late 1980s. Designed with wide headroom, class A circuitry, and a set of carefully selected vacuum tubes, the original box quickly became a favorite among high-end studios for sweetening vocals, warming up drum overheads, and gluing together mix buses with finesse.
